Cah Eggs Pale With Various Mushrooms

This food just need basic materials as egg’s pale and mushrooms. This simple dish have delicious taste. You can make it for side dish everyday. The steps also easy and simple.

Ø Materials and Seasoning:

  • 300 of egg’s pale
  • A little of salt
  • 50 gr of button-mushrooms,cut into 2 pieces
  • 50 gr of straw-mushrooms, cut into 2 pieces
  • 2 sheets of ear-mushrooms, submerged, and chopped  it
  • 3 garlics, dice it
  • ½ large-yellow onion, slice it
  • 2spoons of oyster sauce
  • A little of soybean
  • A littlle of pepper powder
  • 600 mL of chicken’s broth
  • 1 stalk of leaks, slice into aslant shape
  • 2 spoons of cornmeal and 2 spoons of water, fused it

Ø Steps How To Making:

  1. First, shake egg’s pale and salt. Put it into ice’s plastic (silinder shape). Steam it for 20 minutes until it come cooked. Then, cut cooked egg’s pale into 1 cm.
  2. After that, saute garlic and large-yellow onion until the aroma is smelled. Add all of mushrooms and mix it well.
  3. Add the oyster sauce, soybean, salt, and pepper. Mix it again.
  4. Finally, pour the broth. Cook it until come boiled. Made it thick with admixture cornmeal. Stir it until cooked. Add leaks and stir again. Take off and delicious  Cah Egg’s pale with Various Mushrooms ready to serve…
