Ingredients
- 4 chicken quarters (thighs and drumsticks)
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
1. Combine soy sauce, honey, sesame seed, oil, ginger, and garlic. |

2. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Add chicken to soy mixture. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. |

3. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Grill directly over medium coals for 25 to 30 minutes or till chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning and brushing with marinade frequently. |
