Oriental Chicken
  • 4 chicken quarters (thighs and drumsticks)
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

1. Combine soy sauce, honey, sesame seed, oil, ginger, and garlic.
2. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Add chicken to soy mixture. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
3. Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Grill directly over medium coals for 25 to 30 minutes or till chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning and brushing with marinade frequently.
