- beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

- green peppers, diced

- tomato paste

- packed brown sugar
1/2 cup

- cider vinegar
1/4 cup

- chili powder

3 tablespoons
- salt

2 teaspoons
- Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons
- ground mustard

1 teaspoon
- sandwich buns, split

Preparation method

1. In a 6-qt. Sl0w c0oker, combine the beeef, green pepper and onions. In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, vinegar, brown sugar, salt, chili powder, Worcestershire sauced and mustard. 

2. Stir into meat mixture. Cover and co0k on high for 8 up to 10 hours or until meat is tender.

3. Skim fat from co0king juices. Shred beef, using 2 forks. 

4. With a slotted sp0ons, place about 1/2 cup beef mixture on each bun.
