Ø Ingredients:
·         50 gr of nata de coco
·         125 mL of thick coconut milk
·         5 spoons of sugar
·         2 sheets of pandanus leaf
·         50 gr of chopper jackfruits
·         A little simple-syrup
·         A little of shaved ice
·         25 gr of wheat flour
·         50 gr of juicy tuber called bengkoang
·         A little of red food-dye
·         A little of salt to taste
·         Water to boiling

Ø Steps to Cooking :

1.      First, wash the bengkoang, cut it into small cube shape.
2.      Add the food-dye on it, mix it until spread.
3.      Roll it into the wheat flour. Mix it gently.
4.      After that, boil the water and put the roll bengkoang into boiled water.
5.      Cook until it looks floating. Take off, and submerged it in the cold water. Where it called red pomegranate seeds.
6.      Cook the coconut milk with the pandanus leaf, sugar and a little salt.
7.      Then, take a glass for the drinks. Fill it by a spoon of red pomegranate seed, a spoon of jackfruit, 2 spoons of nata de coco, and 50 mL of cooked coconut milk.
8.      Finally, add the shaved ice and water it withthe simple-syrup.
