Recipe How To Make Vegetable Sauteed Mushrooms Specials

Ø Materials:

  • 500 gr of squid, cut in half and chopped it
  • 100 gr of tree-ears, pour with boiling water and slice it
  • 3 garlics, dice it
  • ½ large-yellow onion, sllice it
  • 2 spoons of sesame oil
  • 1 cm of gingger, slice it
  • 2 green pepper, slice it into aslant shape
  • 1 spoon of soybean
  • 1 spoon of oyster sauce
  •  ¼ teaspoon of pepper powder
  • 200 mL of water
  • 2 teaspoons of starch flour, dissloved it with 2 teaspoons of water

Ø Steps by Step Cooking:

  1. First, heat the sesame oil in the frypan. Then, saute the garlics and large-yellow onion in it until the aroma is smelled.
  2. Add gingger and green pepper. Saute until a half cooked.
  3. After that, add the squid, mix until the color is changed. Add mushrooms and mix it well.
  4. Add soybean, oyster sauce, and pepper powder. Mix it well.
  5. Finally, pour the water. Add the starch flour for make the broth come thick. Cook it until the broth really come thick. Take off and delicious food ready to serve… :D
