How To Coocing Sapo Tofu-Chicken with Mushrooms Special Food?

Ø Materials and Seasoning:

- 2 of tofu, chopped it and fry until dried
- 2 mushrooms, slice into smooth pieces
- 50 gr of chicken’s fillet, cut into cube shape, mix with a little of  starch flour
- 1garlic, dice it
- 1 cm of gingger, dice it
- 1 spoon of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of soybean
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon of sugar
- 100 mL of chicken’s broth
- 1 leak, slice it into smooth pieces
- 1 spoon of starch flour, dissolved it with water
- Cooking oil

Ø Steps How To Make It:

  1. First, heat the cooking oil and saute the garlic and gingger until the aroma is smelled.
  2. Add the chicken’s fillet and cook until the color is changed.
  3. After that, add the mushrooms and oyster sauce, and all of spices. Mix it well.
  4. Add the chickrn’d broth and boil it.
  5. Then, add the fried tofu and admixtured of starch flour in it. Mix and stir it until the broth come thick.
