Ø Ingredients:

I. Basic materials

  • 500 gr of green-cockle
  • 2 limes, take the juice
  • 300 mL of thin coconut-milk
  • 250 mL of thick coconut milk
  • 200 gr of green long-beans, cut into 3 cm
  • 2 stalks of citronella, bruised it
  • 1 sheet of turmeric’s leaf, bunch it
  • 4 sheets of lime’s leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

II. Grinded spices

  • 8 chillis
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander
  • 2 cm of galangale
  • 3 cm of gingger
  • 2 cm of turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon of caraway-seed
  • 6 onions
  • 4 garlics

Ø Steps How To Cook:

  1. First, wash and clean the cockle’s meat, dry it. Then, smear with lime’s juice until spread evenly.
  2. Boil the thin coconut milk with citronella, turmeric’s leaves,  lime’s leaf, salt and grinded spices until come cooked.
