Ø Ingredients:

  • 200 gr of extract-sago-powder
  • 250 mL of caramel’s palm
  • A little of salt to taste
  • 1 ripe mango, cut it into cube shape
  • 100 mL of thick coconut milk
  • 100 gr of coconut’s meat

Ø Steps To Make It :

  1. First, filter the sago extract, wash with the cold water. So that, the sago extract will not be adhered again each other.
  2. Mix the sago extract with the caramel and a little of salt, stir it untilspread evenly.
